I was worried that once they moved from sienna to the Sugar Land location, that my drive would be too long, but they are definitely worth the drive. highly recommend A+! More

My experience at Made Ya Smile was great from the moment I walked in to the moment I left.The front office staff was friendly and welcoming. I was called in right away. Ding did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. He made sure I was comfortable as he could tell I was nervous. He even numbed my gums that were having some sensitivity. Tony and Dr. Nathan took care of my filling with so much professionalism. They also made sure I was comfortable. It was over before I knew it. Everybody knows what they are doing and did a great job accommodating me as I was having a lot of anxiety. It went so well that I won’t go anywhere else from now on. More

I got an appointment a couple days ago because sadly I HAD a bad experience in another dental office MEHOP and 2 resins fall down. Then i was looking for a good dentist. Finally I get here in Made Ya Smile with Dr Nathan, who is a very polite professional, which is very weird to find nowadays. He did an amazing job. Richard who cleaned my teeth did a pretty great work on me. And the dental assistant Jennifer was a very sweet and gentle lady who hold my hand because she saw me very nervous after all what i got through. I highly recommend this place because the most important to me they are very honest and they care about their patients and not only worry about HOW MUCH MONEY THEY CAN PULL FROM YOUR DENTAL INSSURANCE. Breaking a tooth is a scary experience. Dr. Nathan informed me that a crown was needed and it could be done right away. Ms. Jennifer was a angel and created a perfectly matched temporary crown and explained what was happening every step of the way. Very satisfied with the process. More

I would like to give a BIG shout out to Make Ya Smile Dental of Sugar Land, TX. I was referred to them by my loved ones insurance provider. I was hesitant at first because I had never heard of them, but I set up an appointment anyway. When we got there, we were greeted by Jalisha at the front desk. She took our information and handed us over to Uriel. After getting set up by Uriel, we were then handed over to Julien, who took great care of my loved one. By the time we got to see Dr. Troung, we felt right at home. I have to say that the entire experience was AWESOME! Thank you Make Ya Smile of Sugar Land! More

Julien was my hygienist today at Made Ya Smile Sugar Land but he was not my regular. He gave me an amazing experience today. I said to myself another staff change. Much to my surprise he was AWESOME!!! and his flossing was above great he needs to instruct others how to floss people teeth. He was gently yet strong. He did not just push the floss down on your gums, but push with force but gently. It was so incredible I am still in disbelief . I hope he is there for a long time. He also showed me how to floss and that was first in my entire dental experiences and there have been many. Thank you again Julien for this amazing dental experience. See you in September. More

Julien the RDH was great he explained everything to me throughout my cleaning and was courteous enough to numb my gum areas before treating those sensitive areas with the laser, l hope that he is a permanent hygienist, because I have been coming to the Sugarland location for a number of years now and Julien is only the second hygienist that l have had clean my teeth and did an excellent job. Jennifer the RDA was great as well, she was responsible for all of the pre work that was needed before the actual teeth cleaning took place, she was very professional and answered all of my questions, l enjoyed having her in the room yesterday, her customer service skills are exemplary. Today, I was scheduled for my routine cleaning and let’s just say I received so much more. The management team has made some very noticeable changes to their staffing, from the way I was greeted all the way down to my full service experience. I felt comfortable and got to laugh a little, without the laughing gas of course. One new addition that stood out the most was their newest member Mr. Julian. He provided me with oral hygiene options and new techniques. You can really tell he takes pride in his passion. I have been coming to this location for over 5 years and I can honestly say that I was unaware that I was missing out on something. They actually felt clean. He applied the perfect touch. I’m shocked to see this location has so many bad reviews. I’ve had 3 different visits here in the past few months for several different procedures. I had my 4 wisdom teeth removed, deep cleaning, follow up appointments and soon laser surgery. And every visit has been excellent!! The staff are wonderful, welcoming and generous! I had an anxiety attack during my first visit because dental work has always been uncomfortable for me. However, the staff ensured that I was going to be okay based off their personal experiences. They comforted me and made me laugh. They go above and beyond to provide great services. Now, every time I walk in, I walk out with a brighter smile than before . Long story short, I love this place :) More

I just has my first dental appointment at Made Ya Smile and it was a perfect and smooth experience. The front desk ladies, the hygienist and dentist were all so welcoming. Yet, when I came to this location even while covid was happening, the staff here is caring and understanding of my concerns and fears about what would happening under their care. They are extremely clean and making sure everyone who walks through their doors is comfortable. They even practice social distancing and continue to practice it in their office for their clients. The front desk staff has AMAZING customer service skills, super friendly & making sure I had all my questions about billing and insurance answered in a timely manner. Dr. Nguyen was OUTSTANDING! He has by the BEST bedside manners! He was gentle and understanding about my hesitation and walked me through each step to make sure I understood what was needing to be done and made sure I was comfortable with everything before he ever began anything. He also went above and beyond to call and check on me after he had to preform a major service the next day. Gave his personal line in the event something went wrong over the weekend to make sure I was and would be taken care of. More

I drove to Sugar Land from San Antonio for a gingevectomy. I was super nervous, but the assistant and Dr. Chakaki made sure that I felt safe. Dr. Chakaki has changed my smile and I’m so grateful that I was able to get my procedure done with her. It was painless and I was super picky, but she exceeded my expectations and I am very pleased with the results. More

I didn't like to go into public, or meet new people. This effected all aspects of my personal and professional life. I couldn't afford to get them fixed. I called in to The Michael Berry radio show on AM 740 and told him my story. Michael was super nice and told me he was going to talk to his dentist, Dr. Kesner and see if he could help me. The doctor contacted me and I went to Sugarland to see him. He did a lot of work while being really, really nice. The entire staff treated me like family. Now I have a beautiful smile thanks to Michael Berry, Dr. Kesner, and the staff at Made Ya Smile. The thing is, they didn't help me for recognition, publicity, or anything else. They saw someone in need and helped because they could and it was the right thing to do. Not only is Dr. K a great dentist, he's a great person as well. I very strongly recommend Made Ya Smile for more reasons than I care to type. I also would like to thank Mr. Michael Berry, Dr. Kesner, and all of the great staff at Made Ya Smile in Sugar land. I have pretty severe dental anxiety and they knew about it up front. Although I still hate going to the dentist (that isn’t changing) they were very accommodating and tried to make the experience as pleasant as possible. I hadn’t seen a dentist in 5 years and I won’t make that mistake again. My teeth were a mess. I would use this location again as I appreciated that they understood that it was a big deal for me to find the courage to be there in the first place. More

Today i had to undergo an emergency filling, root canal and crown all in one. I was extremely nervous, especially after having been in excruciating pain since Friday night and not having the honest idea why... On top having to go to a different location because my usual location closest to me was not open today. Dr Joe and Derek worked together as a team to get the job done with my comfort and care remaining at the forefront. Dr Joe is very gentle, experienced and knowledgeable. I had very little pain, hardly at all, during the procedures, and very manageable soreness after. I strongly recommend this office! I had 3 wisdom teeth taken out today, one was impacted and the other two weren’t. The nurses were beyond nice, and answered all my crazy questions to their fullest extent. The office is very clean and I felt very comfortable. They started with an IV for sedation and then I was woken up the procedure was done, not remembering anything. Evening time now and I am feeling great! Dr. Delgado was also very nice and professional, and also did his best at explaining the procedure to me, answering my questions and taking my TMJ concerns very serious, as I was a little nervous about all of it.
